I Am one of many liverpool/ football fans who were shocked by the appauling way the Wembley minute's silence was observed for the Hillsborough Victims and Morosini  with a minority of chelsea fans choosing to disrespect it.

Reports are sketchy but it is alleged they were chanting "murderers" prompting the Spurs fans to boo them and the commentator to comment "a minutes silence isn't too much to ask" despite it being a minoroity it was angering to watch and i have even seen hull and ipswich fans condemming the actions, it's also been noted that many of the chelsea team also opted against wearing black armband including fernando "i love liverpool fans and always will" torres  (this could be an genuine oversight or something more offensive i'm unsure)   

1 minutes silence isn't too much too ask especially since the plastic chelsea fans sit in silence for 90 minutes every week ;)

Either way i think this may just take an already potentially fiesty cup final and up the fiesty aspect a bit more.

The club () have moved quickly to comment on their supporters actions,  Chelsea FC Tonight made the following statement : 

Chelsea Football Club is extremely disappointed that a very small minority of fans embarrassed the club today by not honouring the moment's silence before kick-off. "Chelsea FC believes all moments of respect should be honoured and today we pay our full respects to all those that suffered as a result of the Hillsborough disaster 23 years ago

This also came on a day where it was alleged that manchester united fans  were chanting inside old trafford,  but i'm still awaiting the fergie "disgrace to football" speech though i feel i'll have a long wait

Many celebrities have also criticised chelsea's fans   including Comedian and (so i read) Chelsea Fan Omid Djalili who tweeted "Chelsea fans who made noise during minute silence for Hilsborough disaster & for Livorno player who passed away sad & shameful"

After these events i don't think King Kenny will need a team-talk on final day the lads will know what needs to be done especially the locals like Gerrard Carra Flanno and Spearing and i'm quietly confident that the reds will be singing their way back from Wembley with another trophy and leave chelsea fans looking rather silly
