Valuable and valid comment, Grotton. Actually, that's one of the things a like about Rafa - his desire to control everything by himself. Of course as any approach/style it has it's own strenghtes and weeknesses. I (and it's my humble opinion) personally always favoured so-called "dictatorship" style of management, where manager controlls everything, but equally is responsible for everything. As for Pep - i'm not quite sure if he would fancy not-total control position.

I think manager should have full control. Also, i think J.Henry is not totally unflexible person, he can change his mind regarding chosen idea of current structure - it's one of many factors for being sucessful businessman (which he is), BEING flexible.

well interesting views from all those who hv commented...yes we dont know whether he would want to join immdietly..whether our owwners would make an approach...and if yes ,then it would be very interesting to hear his views about LFC...

I think Pep would fit into Liverpool and would be loved by LFC fans just as Suarez has fitted here.

But that's up to him if he wants to come.
