Why ? We had the best years of Torres and luckily he jumped ship when he was on the slide.

He has lost his passion for football and plays like a robot, he will never be what he was and his next move will be back to Athletico as his stature in football continues to diminish and the bigger clubs show no interest in him.

 

Torres fell out of love with football at liverpool and thought that a move would bring that love back. But the problem wasnt liverpool it was in him and I dont think he will ever get that passion/desire back.

Guys forget about Torres for the moment and worry about our eminent collapse after the departure of Suarez at 45 Million plus....cause that kinda money will certainly get the owners interested to sell...make Suarez feel he needs to move to club that is actually playing for some trophies and not just kick the ball around at the bottom of the EPL....he will go.....as much as i hate to see it....he will go for that price....and then..

We will be informed of an amazing buy for that money.....but lets just wonder which top striker can we attract for a club thats so low in the EPL , is not in the champions league for atleast 2 years...no carling cup chance...no FA cup chance....Europa looks like serious up hill task with the kind of defence we have..

So which player do you thin we will attract that will add any serious value....cause now with BR's latest confused state of affairs...we will lose atleast 3 to 5 players in Jan...and then again...start getting use to a new bunch of players......all his experiments have really increased the pain rather than decrease it....he really has no results to show his credibility besides a few sports analysts and some hopefull fans who still think he is doing something amazing.....but where are the rsults to state that?????

 

Which top quality striker will solve our problems in the defence...and if Pepe goes...then we are at the mercy of Brad Jones ....whose only credit to fame...is that we bought him from a a division two club....

 

Suarez and torres would be a dream partnership. Their movement, pace, skill and footballing ability would be too much for any defense if we got the tactical side right, which at this time I think we almost have.

I'd welcome him back any day and also Alonso. Alonso despite leaving is still probably one of my favorate footballers. From now to christmas it'll be very very tough and also in 2nd end of season. However we will come strong in 2nd end and fly up te table with a good goalscorer in january to to some weight of suarez's back and give him more freedom.
