Wages!

Our bill has dropped, Chelsea's has risen.

We need to be clever as Wenger and pick players who are very good but not stars (unless we want to spend like Chelsea) If Arsenal can get Anelka for less than a million, then theres still quality without paying through the nose and battling Richer clubs.

Yeah ,I doubt it too, but it would have to be around that amount to be considered I feel. 

Redbart1-Correct, a lot of people say it's HIS money. No, he's borrowed against his own money, which isn't the same thing.  How'd he get so rich?  He bought up oil companies once the state let them go, became 'sheriff' of an area and then changed the law so oil companies pay less tax, and broken up with a lot of business partners.

If we were offered £70m for Suarez? Tough, he'd probably have to go (modern football, money dictates things) and hopefully be a flop and we get him back for £10m!  (was hoping for something similar with Torres!)
